Good morning Team Rainbow and I hope you are all still firmly on the second income road. The yen carry trade is finally unwinding as the perception is gaining that a bear market in equities is upon us. I hope some of you longer-term traders have made some pips of late.

I will continue to post my trades when completed as usual.

Today's economics: UK average earnings index at 9:30am, US CPI at 1:30pm, US TIC net long term transactions (funding) at 2pm, US industrial production at 2:15pm and the US Beige book at 7pm. Oh yes, and Trichet is speaking at 6:55pm.

I wonder if the Fed will announce an emergency rate cut soon. Some spark is needed here before it's too late. And it is election year after all.
